## Key facts

- OM Guarantee never touches merchant funds. Donations flow directly from
  the merchant to the charity via Every.org (1M+ vetted nonprofits).
- Recipient charities must be listed on Every.org: US 501(c)(3) nonprofits
  and international charities with a US entity, a US fiscal sponsor, or an
  Equivalency Determination accepted by Every.org.
- Confirmed donations are anchored on-chain on Polygon. Every batch's proof
  hash is publicly verifiable on Polygonscan.
- Every merchant gets a public verification page at
  https://www.omguarantee.com/verified/[merchant] showing verified totals.
- Platform-neutral: works on Shopify, WooCommerce, Stripe, and any custom
  site. Install is one script tag, about five minutes. A REST API and a
  Stripe connector are available for deeper integrations.
- Pricing: Free ($0, one site, one charity), Pro ($39/mo), Business
  ($149/mo, white-label and full API), Enterprise (custom). Plans are flat
  software subscriptions; no cut of donations is ever taken.
