These terms govern your use of OM Guarantee, operated by Master 22 Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

What OM Guarantee does
We are verification infrastructure. You tell us about a sale, we calculate a donation according to the rule you set, we group donations into batches, you pay each batch to the charity through Every.org, and we record and publish proof that it happened. We anchor a fingerprint of each verified batch to the Polygon blockchain.
What OM Guarantee does not do
We never touch your money. We do not collect, hold, transfer, or disburse donations. You pay the charity directly through Every.org. We record what you paid and verify it against the charity's confirmation.
We are not a charity, a payment processor, a fundraising platform, or a tax advisor. We do not issue tax receipts. Any tax treatment of your donations is between you, the charity, and your own advisors.
Your account
You must give accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account and for keeping your API key secret. Tell us promptly if you believe your key has been exposed. You can regenerate it yourself at any time from the dashboard.
You must be authorised to act for the business you register.
Your obligations
Report sales honestly. The value of verification rests entirely on the sale events you send being real. Do not send fabricated, inflated, or test events as if they were real sales.
Pay your batches. When a batch is ready, you receive a link to complete the donation on Every.org. A batch you do not pay is not verified and does not appear as verified impact. Leaving batches unpaid indefinitely while displaying our badge misrepresents your impact and is grounds for suspension.
Do not misrepresent what we verify. We verify that a donation was made. We do not certify your company, endorse it, or audit anything beyond the donations recorded through our system. Do not describe an OM Guarantee badge as a certification of your business.
Do not send personal data in order identifiers. Order identifiers are stored as sent. Send an order number, not a name or email address.
Impact claims and units
Where a charity has confirmed a rate, such as one dollar providing two meals, we display units derived from that rate. That claim belongs to the charity, not to us. We publish it because the charity attested to it. We do not independently audit whether the charity delivers what it claims.
Where no charity has confirmed a rate, we display verified dollar amounts only.
Impact figures are calculated on the amount the charity actually receives after payment processing fees, and rounded down.
Fees and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. We do not provide refunds for partial periods.
We may change prices with thirty days notice to existing subscribers.
The free plan is limited to one charity and one site. These limits may change.
The public record
Verified donations are published on your verification page and anchored to a public blockchain. This is the point of the product.
Two consequences follow, and you should understand both before you begin.
First, blockchain anchors are permanent. Neither you nor we can remove them. What is anchored is a cryptographic hash, not readable data.
Second, if you close your account we will unpublish your verification page and remove your account details, but we may retain records of verified donations to keep the historical public record accurate. A donation that was verified remains a fact.
Refunds and reversals
If a sale is refunded before its donation has been sent, we remove or reduce the pending donation accordingly. If the donation has already been sent to the charity, it stays. We record the refund and display it honestly rather than deleting completed impact.
Availability
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes where we can.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, in particular for fabricated sale events or misrepresentation of what our verification means. Where circumstances allow, we will contact you first.
You may close your account at any time.
Third party services
The service depends on Every.org, Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, and the Polygon network. We are not responsible for their availability, their terms, or their fees. Every.org's checkout may add an optional contribution to itself, which the payer can adjust or remove at checkout.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or reputational harm.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service, your sale events, your public impact claims, or your breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Mexico.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be emailed to account holders and posted here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
